    We have over 9 years of hands-on Amazon experience as FBA sellers, freelance Amazon FBA account managers, and Amazon FBA business consultants.
  • Is Prime Seller Pro a large marketing agency or a subsidiary of a more prominent agency?
    No. We are a small independent agency that operates autonomously. We are not a large agency or an affiliate of a more prominent agency. Prime Seller Pro is operated by Jamie LeBlanc with the help of his full-time assistant and a dedicated team that handles creative work for our client’s projects.

    You will work directly with Jamie LeBlanc, the founder and owner of Prime Seller Pro, or his full-time assistant, Gabriel. You will have a direct line of communication with us from day one.
  • Does Prime Seller Pro outsource the client’s work?
    All Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Campaign Manager work is performed by owner Jamie LeBlanc, and his assistant account manager, Gabriel. We also work with creative professionals in photography and graphic design as needed when our clients' projects demand it.

  • Do I give Prime Seller Pro access to my Amazon Seller Central account? How does this work?
    Adding us as a secondary user is mandatory for performing work within your Amazon Seller Central and PPC Advertising account. This is a simple process. If you are unsure how to add a secondary user to your Amazon Seller Central account, we will provide step-by-step instructions, post-purchase, of one or more of our services. When work is complete, your Amazon account's primary administrator can remove Prime Seller Pro’s access and user permissions.
  • Will Prime Seller Pro connect any 3rd party apps to my Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Campaign Manager accounts to perform or complete the work?
    Yes. We work with applications that require an API connection to your Amazon Seller Central account. The applications we use are well established and trusted in the industry and comply with Amazon's TOS. In most cases, our applications do not need special permissions and integrate seamlessly with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Will Prime Seller Pro handle my information confidentially?
    We handle all client information as if it’s our confidential information. Prime Seller Pro may use confidential information to do its job but not for anything else. You will have a full disclosure of our Confidential Information Agreement before work begins.
  • What user permissions will Prime Seller Pro need to audit, optimize, or manage my Amazon Seller Central account or PPC?
    We will require "View and Edit" or “Admin” User Permissions to work within your Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Campaign Manager accounts. If we are just auditing your PPC we require permissions to Amazon Campaign Manager and your Advertising Reports to view your campaigns and download the applicable advertising reports. Once we have the required permissions, we handle obtaining everything from within your accounts to complete the work.
